Welcome to LaNolaMom – a healing and lifestyle space where faith, motherhood, and grief intertwine. I’m La – widow, mama, and veteran, learning to live again with softness and strength. Here, I share stories and tools that remind us healing isn’t about forgetting, it’s about finding beauty in what remains. 💙
The day my husband died, the floor fell out from under our lives. I was a widow, a solo mom of three, and a woman trying to make sense of a world that kept moving. Grief didn’t get smaller, but my capacity grew. Slowly. Gently. And with every small step, I began to rebuild a life that could hold both love and loss.
I began writing what I needed to hear. Letters, prompts, and small rhythms that helped me breathe again. This space is the collection of those gentle tools, so you don’t have to figure out healing alone. What started as private journal entries became a lifeline and eventually a community. LaNolaMom is my love letter to anyone learning to live again after loss. A reminder that even grief can grow something beautiful.
